How I Turn Sales Calls Into Content That Ranks in Two Days | Friday SEO Tip

I want to show you something truly game-changing for how we create content that ranks.

Many companies want to rank at the top of Google search results and appear in large language models like ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, and Gemini. Why? Because it gets them found. It gets them the right kind of traffic to their website. And ultimately, as business owners, we want to get leads and make more sales. Watch the video above to learn more.

So the content we create needs to show up in both places. First, Google—it’s still the dominant search engine, getting hundreds of times more searches a day than all the other large language models combined. However, more and more people are also using large language models like ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, etc.

Plus, you want to make sure your content is shown in these AI Overviews that Google is now showing at the top when someone searches.

The Universal Content Engine System

I created a methodology that turns any sales transcript or podcast interview into content that actually ranks at the top of search engines.

I’ve been testing this since this summer, and the results are truly incredible. I’m going to show you the results. Proof is always in the pudding with me, so I’m going to show you how this is working.

I spoke at DigiMarCon Denver last week and recorded my session, where I shared hands-on information about this methodology. I’m sharing a lot of the prompts we created as part of this methodology in that video. Watch my full presentation below:

Let me quickly show you the system. It’s called the Complete Universal Content Engine System.

It has four modules. I worked with all of the large language models to create this prompting sequence. There are four modules to it. It’s a nine-step process in which the language model eventually asks me, “Based on the information that you provided me with, can I proceed to the next step?”

At the beginning, it was a bit out of control—I think 20 steps. I reduced it to nine steps. This is doing the trick.

The Four Modules:

Module 1: The Nine-Step Core Process. This is the heart of the system where the AI walks through each stage of content creation, checking in with me at each step before proceeding.

Module 2: Author Information You’ve got to provide the language model with in-depth information about who is writing the content—the author’s expertise, experience, voice, and perspective.

Module 3: Business Information. If it’s related to a business (in this case, Boulder SEO Marketing), you also have to provide the language model with in-depth information about the company.

Module 4: Project Parameters. There are specific project parameters, such as what you would like to accomplish with the piece of content, who it should reach, and who should find it online.

This is basically a 15-page document with in-depth prompting sequences. I spent many days creating this prompting sequence. But I do enjoy creating prompts. If that’s something you want to do, this is not rocket science. If you work with these language models, you can create something similar. Again, in the DigiMarCon YouTube video, I’m actually giving away a lot of these prompts.

Real Results You Can Verify Right Now

Let me show you an example of content created using this methodology.

Search “property management SEO” right now. As you can see, we’re in second position. But we also covered the AI Overview in this piece.

This is content I created using this methodology—100% AI-generated, based on the method I shared, including the images.

It is feeding on information from Virtual Chris. We created Virtual Chris and uploaded source content. When I speak at conferences or do sales calls, we upload that to it. It sits atop a large language model.

So that methodology—the prompting—feeds on Virtual Chris’s knowledge. So it’s not AI-generated content per se. It’s real content, created with my input based on conversations I had and information I’m sharing.

This is why it’s working so well. This piece of content is now ranking well in Google for many property management- and SEO-related search terms. We’re ranking near or at the top. This is really remarkable. It is working.

Content That Ranks in Two Days

Let me show you another piece of content I created just a couple of days ago.

Search “legal SEO ultimate guide” and look at that. Two days ago, I created this piece of content using the methodology that I made.

It’s the Ultimate Guide to Time-Sensitive Legal SEO, based on a conversation I had with a legal firm. Obviously, I removed any information that would tie them to this piece of content.

But with the help of the prompting sequence and Virtual Chris (which basically has all the knowledge I have about SEO, AI, and GEO), we created an incredible piece of content that is actually ranking at the top of Google.

Really remarkable. We’re able to crank out content a lot faster. It’s going to rank faster, and the quality is truly amazing. I entirely edited this piece of content. I made some tweaks here and there, and this is one of the reasons why it’s ranking so well.

How Virtual Chris Works

The key to this entire system is Virtual Chris.

We created Virtual Chris by uploading source content—transcripts of my conference talks, sales calls, and podcast interviews. All of this gets uploaded into Virtual Chris, which sits on top of a large language model.

The methodology and prompting sequence draw on Virtual Chris’s knowledge. So it’s not AI-generated content per se. It’s real content, created with my input based on actual conversations I had and the information I’m sharing.

That’s why it’s working so well.

What I’m Working On Right Now

A couple of days ago, I had the chance to do a podcast interview with Dennis Yu, a fellow expert. He’s not an SEO guy—he’s an engineer. In the podcast, we talk about that, and he explains why. But he’s a veteran like me, and he’s been doing this for a very long time.

Dennis Yu

We had a nearly hour-long conversation, so we created source content together. I have a transcript of our conversation, which I used to create a piece of content.

The result: “From Search Engineer to SEO Expert: Why Google Built Systems You Can’t Game and What Actually Works Instead.”

This is what we talked about in the podcast. This information is entirely generated by AI using Virtual Chris’s knowledge, so I made it, and I’m 100% on board to publish it on my website.

Obviously, I’m going to go through it, edit it, and do a human review to make sure there’s no hallucinations or anything like that. But this is what’s possible with this methodology.

Rolling This Out to Clients

We’re going to roll this out to our customers over the next 2, 3, or 4 months. We’re going to be able to do so much more for our customers in less time.

They’re going to rank at the top in Google and large language models, and hopefully get more leads and sales. Because if our customers are happy, we’re so glad. They’re going to continue to work with us. It’s a win-win situation.

Why This Matters for Your Business

The content we create needs to show up in multiple places:

  • Google (still getting hundreds of times more searches than all AI tools combined)
  • Large language models like ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, and Gemini
  • AI Overviews at the top of Google search results

This methodology makes that possible by turning honest conversations—sales calls, consultations, podcast interviews—into ranking content that sounds authentic because it IS authentic. It’s based on real expertise, fundamental knowledge, and honest conversations.

Not generic AI content scraped from the web. Not regurgitated information. Real expertise captured from actual conversations and transformed into content that ranks.

See the Complete System

Want to see the full methodology? Watch my DigiMarCon Denver presentation where I walk through the complete Universal Content Engine system, share many of the prompts, and show you exactly how this works.

I hope you learned something new. I encourage you to do some prompt engineering. This is not rocket science, but it’s so very powerful.
