A Rhode Island native, Emily Hugo got a BA in print journalism from New York University before landing a job as a correspondent for a small-town newspaper. When she realized she wanted to join a more vibrant industry, she started writing web copy.

A decade later, Emily has published more than 10 million words on various platforms. Today, she writes for dozens of clients across a host of industries, but she always manages to capture each one’s unique voice.
