Google Finally Launches AI Overviews in US Search Results

I’m so excited to share this with you–the moment is finally here! Google is rolling out the Search Generative Experience (SGE). It’s now called AI Overviews, and it’s currently being launched to everyone in the United States.

The news broke at Google I/O 2024, an event where Google announces new developments regarding products and services. Check out this recap video when you have the time to learn what’s happening with the search engine giant. It’s about 10 minutes long, but it’s worth the watch. It’s probably no surprise that AI Overviews is the development I’m most excited about. As you can see in the video above, people typing queries in America will see a significant change in search results in the coming days. Above the typical list of sites, there will be an overview of content stitched together from multiple sources across the web.
